FITS Exclusive: Andre to Face Third Party Challenge?

FITS has learned this morning that incumbent Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer - who squeaked by Mike Campbell with 51% of the vote in yesterday's GOP runoff - is likely to face a formidable third party challenger in the upcoming general election in addition to well-funded Democrat Robert Barber.

We are scurrying to verify this rumor - first bandied about yesterday evening - and provide you with all the details.

Stay tuned to FITS for the latest ...

Will...didn't you also state that Sanford would have a third party challenger in Jakie Knotts? Not true on that one. Be careful with rumors.

First Anonymous,

The Jakie Knotts rumor is circulating around Columbia pretty widely. And it's for the general election.

Let me guess. The third party candidate is a black fisherman from Charleston put up to it by Rod Shealy to split the Democratic vote.

Fourth Anonymous,

I agree that it's obvious - that's why I thought the first anonymous was so retarded for saying that the rumor wasn't true.

Anonymous 1-4,

Let me get this straight - Anonymous is running as a third-party candidate in the GENERAL election, and another Anonymous is running as a write-in in the Lite Guv race? And Jakie Knotts is running as a write-in for governor?

This begs the question - when did Jakie learn to write?
