FITS has been a lot of fun, and we guarantee you FITSNews (which we'll get to one of these days) will be a lot funnerer, but for now it's time to move it on down the road from this little corner of the blogosphere.

McCain or any 2008 candidate will never hire Folkss. He comes with built-in negative press stories bcause of CDV convistion. OMG...25 anonymous comments?!? I know people say you write your own comments, but damn...25? I just can't believe that. Then again, I can be naive like that.
But, wow. I'm kinda sad. I do enjoy reading. Very few blogs I can say that about, but you're the only R leaning one that struck my fancy...that is for sure.

Thanks Will. Good show. Though I disagree with some of what you say and more often the way you say it, I totally agree with you on one very important matter: the spelling of “ya’ll.”
"Ya'll" should be the correct spelling. First, defense of the contraction. In the English language, we don't utilize what Greek and Latin have with second person plural. Only in the South is it used.
Now, on to the spelling issue. We're in the South. We say things like "How ya doin'?" rather than "How are you doing today." Much like the Blackcountry accent of England, we have developed a style that comes with its own phonetic spelling and pronunciation. It can be said that the Shibboleth for the South is the way one spells "ya'll". For those of ya'll that spell it "y'all", be glad we’re not in Old Testament times.

RE: KATON DAWSON & HOWARD RICH
If you are not familiar with Howard Rich, you need to spend time reviewing the information at www.howierichexposed.com.
Mr. Katon Dawson has spent the last several years focused exclusively on supporting and promoting the hand-selected candidates of Howard Rich (primarily Sanford, Floyd and Eckstrom). He has not done his job, which is promoting the interests of the SCGOP. Mr. Rich is a Libertarian, and gives millions of dollars to any candidate, in any party, that will push his special interests, which are: promoting tax-limitation and real estate referendums to alter state constitutions that exclusively favor the very wealthy Libertarians (like Rich, Sanford, Floyd, and Eckstrom), and private-school voucher programs, his first step attack at removing education from the responsibility of state government altogether.
Many states have already had local folks, too late unfortunately, form local organizations to fight Howard Rich and his Libertarian attacks on local issues. The reason many long-time SCGOP leaders took the unusual step of publicly supporting the Democratic Governor candidate, myself included, is that we see and understand the long-term danger of the allowing Rich/Sanford/Floyd/Eckstrom to continue to permeate and take over our party. Unfortunately, most SC Republicans don’t realize that our party is being hijacked by the Rich Libertarians (although enough have woken up to defeat Floyd). Your job is to expose it, and to make sure that the leadership of the GOP is focused on electing REAL Republicans, who are focused on the REAL conservative issues that will make SC great.
Think about this. The most popular SC political news website, SChotline.com, is moderated and censored by Joshua Gross, who works for and is paid by Howard Rich. His blog, thebodypolitic (actual web address schotline.blogspot.com) is a mouthpiece for Howard Rich and his Libertarian ideology. Mr. Gross is also heavily involved in both South Carolinians for Responsible Government and SC Club For Growth, both Howard Rich shell organizations formed to skirt SC campaign donation laws. Mr. Rich has successfully positioned his SC mouthpiece, Joshua Gross, as the gatekeeper of political news and ideas in SC.
I’m a long-time Republican, and nobody is paying me. Simply, I’m sick of watching the Libertarians continue to grow on our party, like a cancer, and I decided to do my part to raise the red flag. I’ll continue to do so as long as I’m breathing and Howard Rich and Mark Sanford continue to attack our great state.
All of the above is irrelevant though, to Mr. Dawson’s campaign for a third term. Either he steps aside, which solves the problem, or he runs. If he runs, he is a stone-cold liar, and unfit for the position. In that case, the leadership must throw him out.

Let's see...George Bush supports it, Jeb Bush supports it, Mitt Romney supports it amd John McCain supports it. In fact, two years ago - the State Republican Executive Committee voted 45-0 in favor of school choice.
